In this role you will help AbbVie colleagues succeed at work by supporting them resolving HR related queries, processing transactions.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide advice to employees and managers related to HR processes, system time and absence tracking, policies, and general questions through various channels like phone, chat or email</li><li>Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to the employees by using the right methods and tolls (procedures, policies, knowledge databases)</li><li>Navigate employees and managers with self-service transactions and processes </li><li>Maintain data in our HR system (Workday)  </li><li>Manage HR documentation (employment contracts)</li><li>Cooperate closely with colleagues from other HRConnect Teams for outstanding service delivery </li><li>Initiate the conversations with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. Business HR, Benefits, Total Rewards, Finance and other) to constantly improve the service quality and efficiency</li><li>Actively looking for continuous improvement ideas and running some of the initiatives towards process improvements and automation</li><li>Keep the process documentation up-to-date</li><li>Deliver system and process training to new joiners</li><li>Support any projects run within the Business area</li><li>Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven customer service experience (1-3 years)</li><li>Strong written and oral communication skills in <strong>English (C1) </strong>a
