We continuously improve and expand the range of programs and services to provide value to our clients and differentiate us from our competitors.The Offer Strategy and Client Experience Analyst will assist in developing, maintaining, and implementing offers and programs to enhance client experience and drive revenue, analyze market trends and our customer’s needs to identify strategic growth opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute offers that meet business objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Investigates, documents, and assists in the design of new offers that enhance the value proposition while driving revenue for the firm
- Implements services and solutions in accordance with offer strategy
- Analyses market trends and customer data to uncover insights and help identify growth opportunities
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams such as legal, marketing, product, operations, and client services to coordinate offer development and execution.
- Creates clear and compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate new offer strategy, recommendations with leadership
- Drafts supporting documents (e.g. executive summaries, Intake forms, vision canvas) for program development and execution.
- Assists in the day-to-day management and optimization of the Money Manager X-Change (MMX) program
- Produces and distributes data reports to money manager partners
- Serves as a liaison between Axos legal team and third-party partners to facilitate agreements and amendments
- Assists in gaining sponsorship from partners for Axos client events
- Cross- train on existing offers to gain a holistic view of the offer programs and provide back-up coverage when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 2+ years of experience working in financial services industry
- Strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
- Proven organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Strong prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to simplify complex concepts
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy
- A strong action orientation and drive for results.
- Comfort operating in changing and, at times, ambiguous environments.
- Location: Denver/Centennial area strongly preferred. Alternatively, San Diego or Omaha considered.
- Experience and or curiosity to leverage Artificial Intelligence
- Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
- Experience serving as a liaison between legal teams to facilitate agreements
- Experience with a Turnkey Asset Management Program (TAMP), custodian and/or model marketplace desired
