Pay Range: $21.00 – $24.00 per hour

We’re seeking a professional, enthusiastic, and organized individual to fill the role of Move-In Coordinator. • Serve as the primary contact for future residents regarding move-in dates and logistics.
• Coordinate all aspects of new resident move-ins and internal resident transfers.
• Support marketing efforts, events, and tours in collaboration with the Director of Marketing.
• Manage lead distribution, phone/email communications, and front office coverage.
• Maintain and update new resident guidebooks and host orientation sessions.
• Oversee and maintain the appearance of model units and marketing materials.
• Support community social media strategy and online engagement.
• Provide administrative and invoice support using systems like Salesforce.
• Ensure an exceptional and welcoming experience for residents and families.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma plus related experience accepted.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Experience in customer service, office coordination, or hospitality preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Salesforce knowledge a plus.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs; valid driver’s license required.
