Senior Manager, Strategic Programs

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• Work Experience:
• 10+ years relevant experience with planning and leading Information Technology programs/multiple projects and teams.
• Experience working at the "C" level
• Possess deep domain expertise across portfolio management and delivery methodologies
• Experience in leading IT Program Management resources in a Professional Services industry
• Specialized Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Experience Managing and guiding the careers of senior level employees
• Deep knowledge of WWT’s Integrated Management Leadership
• Strong leadership skills with ability to develop IT talent, identify and cultivate essential skills and attributes to maximize individual contribution and engagement 
• Extensive knowledge of technologies and deployment practices
• Excellent understanding of financial processes -- P&L and financial management
• Experience with creating proposals, budgets, SOWs, and Levels-of-Effort
• Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to implement change
• Working Conditions:
• 30% - 50% travel required
• Ability to work across multiple time zones
