Responsibilities

• Assist sellers in effectively promoting their properties to attract advantageous offers
• Evaluate clients' needs and financial capabilities to provide tailored solutions
• Promote sales through various marketing channels, including advertisements, open houses, and listing services
• Stay updated on market trends and best practices in real estate
• Present properties to potential buyers and address any questions or concerns

Requirements

• Proven track record of successful sales
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Friendly and trustworthy with a customer-centric approach
• Familiarity with MS Office
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be at least 18 years old
