Your New Role…
Provides administrative and clerical support to the Senior Vice President, Adult Series.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Provides administrative and clerical support to the Senior Vice President, Adult Series.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Arranges executive calendar and schedules meetings, independently or as directed.
Answers telephone, screens, logs and places calls, maintains contact database.
Performs clerical duties such as typing, photocopying, building decks, and generating tracking reports.
Assists in doing research on various types of Animation series and networks WBA will be pitching.
Organizes creative meetings, brainstorm sessions and helps make sure all presentation materials are ready for project pitches and website meetings.
Reviews and prioritizes pitch requests for SVP’s review. Follow up with creators and artists to coordinate meetings, pitches, review notes, etc.
Evaluates incoming script and pitch materials for team evaluation.
Maintains and updates various reports for distribution.
Prepares check requests or expense reports and follows through.
Prepares correspondence for review and signature.
Distributes animatic footage links to various stakeholders, both internal and external.
Greets clients, talent, creative staff and executives.
Coordinates travel arrangements for the SVP.
Covers other executive calendars and phones when other assistants are unavailable.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Experience…
Work Experience
Previous administrative experience required.
Previous agency or management company experience strongly preferred.
Previous television and animation preferred.
Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
High school diploma required.
College graduate preferred.
Knowledge/Skills
Type 55 WPM required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required.
Strong attention to detail oriented work.
Ability to work in deadline driven environment.
Strong written and verbal communication necessary.
Knowledge of industry practices in the production of television or animation.

Must have the ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with persons on all levels, in person and on the telephone
Must have professional demeanor and possess the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Must have the ability to pay close attention to details.
