Delivery Driver /Wareshouse Assistant

Position Summary

Warehouse Associate

Responsibilities will include:

Essential Duties

• Ensures compliance with all plant EHS standards and procedures.
• Responsible for working safely and reporting all incidents.
• Ensure all work areas are always clean and organized.
• Ships according to FIFO principles on all items in the warehouse to ensure shelf-life efficacy.
• Perform weekly cycles counts.
• Prepares product for shipping by reviewing the picking list.
• Obtains and maintains forklift certification by attending in house training.
• Load and unload trailers.

     

Required Experience & Knowledge

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• 2+ years previous warehouse experience preferred.

• Regularly lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
• Standing frequently
• Walking frequently
• Reaching with hands and arms
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling occasionally
