Team Introduction
Finance BP and Business FP&A is a sub-department of Finance. It aims to improve management efficiency, reduce financial risks, and strengthen budget control by providing business analysis and management reports.

Responsibilities
1. Act as the financial point of contact for the AMS LIVE business team, collaborating with various departments to meet daily financial needs and provide financial insights that support decision-making.
2. Develop a solid understanding of the business structure and key financial metrics from a regional perspective to produce straightforward financial reports and insights for management.
3. Build financial awareness within business teams by participating in discussions, facilitating cross-functional partnerships, and communicating financial insights. Conduct periodic financial reviews and share observations with business teams.
4. Assist in the preparation of budgets and monitor budget performance, analyzing and explaining significant variances in collaboration with business teams to ensure alignment with financial objectives.
5. Support business growth by identifying opportunities to improve financial processes, focusing on areas for simplification and efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
1. 5 years of experience, with at least 3 years in finance-related roles such as Finance BP, FP&A, or Finance Strategy, ideally within the media, content, or technology sectors.
2. Strong prioritization skills and effective communication abilities, with a proactive approach to achieving results.
3. Ability to work well in diversified environments and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
4. Willingness to travel occasionally and work across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications
1. Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial software; familiarity with MySQL is advantageous.

【For Pay Transparency】Compensation Description (Annually)

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $111467 - $205169 annually.​

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.​

Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others.
