IT Infrastructure and Security Manager

Brady Corporation is looking for an experienced IT manager to lead our Infrastructure and Security program and team. Our technology leaders are characterized by strong technical skills with demonstrated progression in leadership responsibility. Reporting to the Director of IT, this key leadership position oversees the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our essential IT infrastructure and security systems. Qualifications

• Lead and mentor a team of IT infrastructure and security professionals
• Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
• Manage changes to systems and processes
• Communicate regular status updates including written and verbal in status update meetings
• Provide escalated technical support for complex infrastructure and security issues
• Safeguard company systems and data by establishing and implementing security policies and procedures
• Plan and coordinate regular security assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
• Respond to security incidents and conduct thorough investigations
• Evaluate and recommend new technology solutions to improve efficiency, performance, scalability and security
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts
