Assistant Construction Superintendent or Carpenter Foreman

Seeking an Assistant Superintendent with carpentry experience or Carpenter Foreman for a direct hire opportunity  in Madison, WI.

Salary is at $30 - $45 hourly depending on experience

Responsibilities for Assistant Superintendent or Carpenter Foreman:

• Manage crew for new construction framing and finish work
• Commercial ground up and  interior remodel projects
• Listen and think critically, take direction and feedback from Superintendent, and communicate effectively.
• Participate and contribute to following the construction schedule/project timeline.
• Assist the Superintendent in creating a safe and productive job site.
• Track your work progress and regularly compare it to the construction timeline.
• Lead by example; team building, communication, listening, and creative problem-solving.

Qualifications for Assistant Superintendent or Carpenter Foreman: 

• 3 plus years of Commercial or Residential carpentry experience in managing jobs required
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Experienced in Finished Carpentry and Framing, and work desired.
• High school diploma or equivalent
