AnaVation is seeking a Deputy Program Manager to join our customer's mission located in Reston, VA. Responsibilities:
Provide support to the Program Manager in the execution of her duties in managing the personnel, processes and day-to-day activities that directly support multi-agency 24x7x365 cybersecurity event monitoring and intermediate cyber threat analysis operations.
Support the Program Manager in coordinating six divisions in the production and dissemination of cybersecurity products while coordinating efforts with over 20 intelligence agencies between the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.
Manage cybersecurity activities within the DoD and Intelligence Communities.
Oversee 24/7 operations, cyber product analysts, mission outreach across DoD and the IC and engineering and architectural design activities.
Coordinate with national cyber agencies such as the Cybersecurity and Communications Integration Center (NCCIC), Department of Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3), or the DNI CIO.
If required, support cross-agency coordinated response processes.
Manage risk, schedule, and backlog assessment boards to support the generation of an Integrated Master Schedule and inform leadership in making risk-informed recommendations.
Be prepared to support customer briefings and meetings as required from daily operational briefings to higher level strategic presentations.

Required Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Cybersecurity or technical-related field
- Minimum of 4 years as PM or DPM of an IT-related acquisition and operations program.
- Minimum of 12 years of experience in cybersecurity analysis, operations, information technology and information assurance.
- Familiarity with cyber security of Intelligence Community networks, Information Enterprise and operations.
- IAT Level II Compliance (Security+, CCNA Security, SSCP, or equivalent).
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in a technical field
- Experience with vulnerability management and ICD-503 Assessment and Authorization (A&A) procedures and requirements
- Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) or cybersecurity audit and inspection.
- Intelligence Analyst experience.
- Understanding and application of cyber policies such as IC 502, IC IE CONOPS, PPD-41 or equivalent
