Role Description:
As a Senior Product Strategy and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the success of a company's product portfolio by overseeing both strategic planning and operational execution.
You will work side by side with product managers, designers, business analytics, and data engineers across the entire SDLC to design and deliver high impact solutions for our customers.
Our ideal candidate is someone who can go wide and evaluate the health of the overall product portfolio, as well as go deep and execute on complex projects on a global scale. You will also help multiply the efficiency and impact of the product management organization with tools, data and cross-functional relationships. Developing solid relationships with stakeholders and customers is key to enabling a product-led organization.
What you’ll do:
- Gather qualitative and quantitative data to influence product roadmap.
- Identify, implement, and maintain tools for software development, idea management, help center, release notes, program management and more.
- Coordinate product releases including storytelling for marketing materials, help center materials, training, and enablement.
- Implement solid product management processes to help ship quality products that solve the right problems at the right time.
- Work alongside PMs to operationalize products from pricing to process.
- Work closely with our support teams to identify risks or patterns/themes to ensure products are reliable, maintainable, complete, and scalable.
- Identify risk across the product portfolio. See around corners and proactively mitigate risk.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Demonstrated experience in Product Operations, or a similar position.
- Experience working cross functionally (stakeholders including engineering, product management, CX, finance, etc).
- Highly metrics focused, using data to help create strategic product roadmaps.
- Proactive, can-do attitude pushing projects to completion and always looking for ways that we can level up or improve our processes.
- Expertise using modern Product Management tools including Aha, Atlassian products, Azure Devops, Pendo, Mircosoft App Insights and more.
- Ability to influence without authority.
- Ability to work under deadlines in an ambiguous environment.
- Experience at a high growth company, specifically B2B SaaS experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Meticulous prioritization to help juggle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. The expected base pay range for this position is $119,258 - $159,011.
