Job Responsibilities

• Develop new business ideas and lead the continuous development of Brokerage channel sales platform especially for brokerage segment
• Sales management & review the business performance of mapped accounts regularly in accordance to sales KPIs
• Strengthen and maintain a good relationship with partners and their key personals to drive and implement the new initiatives
• Identify the needs and demands of business partners to unleash business potential and penetrate the business share
• Identify the new business opportunities with potential partners
• Provide all levels of support to key partners to capture the business opportunities

Job Requirements

• University graduate with a minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience. (Less experience will be considered to a junior role)
• Good understanding of the brokerage market
• Proficient in English and Mandarin, with excellent presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and management abilities.
• Obtain relevant license if the job involves in regulated activities
