Internship Program Overview  

At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their careers, all while making a giant impact. We offer 12-week summer internship opportunities across various business functions.   

Interns will participate in executive speaker series, career development workshops, philanthropic efforts, and team-building activities. Additionally, interns will have access to online learnings and a dedicated summer coach to further grow their careers with us.

What you get to do in this role: 

• Contribute to a range of projects, where you may be involved in dataset preparation, analytic tool building, exploratory analytics, and authoring memos with analytic and experimentation findings. 
• Conduct data analysis across multiple data domains to help deliver insights into data quality, pipeline, product usage, customer experience, renewals, Upsell/Downsell/Cross-sell. 
• Perform exploratory data analytics, causal inference modeling, correlation studies and summarize findings/recommendations in memos. 
• Collaborate with data engineers and product managers on designing analytic data models. 
• Build interactive analytic tools to improve access to business insights. 

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursing a Bachelors degree in Analytics, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field 
  • Graduating December 2024 ,or later 
  • Able to work full time for 12-weeks during the summer (May – August or June - September) 
• Experience with data analysis and analytics tools such as Tableau, PowerBI 
• Practical knowledge of a scripting language such as Python or R for analytics or visualization 
• Knowledge and/or experience with cloud platforms like Snowflake, AWS 
• Curious and motivated learner – You demonstrate interest in data and technology and love learning new things! 
• Clear communicator - you are concise and articulate in speech and writing. 
• Able to manipulate and evaluate data with SQL to surface actionable insights. 
• Nice-to-have: Coursework or prior experience with Information Systems, Business analytics, Da
