We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Technician to join our RFMEMS testing team at Qorvo Inc. As a Test Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our RFMEMS products. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Prober and Tester Operation: You should have hands-on experience with probers and testers, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting. Familiarity with various test equipment and software tools is essential.
  • Test Execution and Data Collection: Conducting tests according to established procedures, collecting data, and documenting results accurately. You’ll work closely with engineers to identify any anomalies or issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring that all testing processes adhere to quality standards and specifications. You’ll participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other technicians, engineers, and production teams to meet production goals and maintain efficient workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required, Associates degree that focuses on RF, or electronics preferred
  • Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience as a test technician, specifically working with probers and testers.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in operating probers and testers, understanding test plans, and interpreting test results. Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Precise data collection and documentation are critical for success in this role.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues, identify defects, and propose solutions.
  • Team Player: Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience: $73,000 - $94,900, relevant for the California Bay Area (subject to change dependent on physical location)

Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. Qorvo reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the experience/qualification of the selected candidate as well as external competitiveness and internal comparability.
