The Recruitment Process

1. Complete an online questionnaire and submit your resume to Specialisterne USA
2. Completing a follow-up discovery questionnaire to help us learn more about you
3. Candidates who meet qualifications will be contacted for a 1:1 meeting with a Specialisterne team member to discuss your application and which roles may be suitable for you
4. The employer will review compatible candidates and select the best candidate for their role
5. Selected candidates will be invited to participate in the Pfizer SourceAbled interview process
