To support our growth ambition, we are looking for a senior QA Engineer to join our team based in Marseille.
Context:
As part of a team of 7 people and reporting to the QA Manager, you will join a Squad of around ten people working on one of our software solutions. You will be responsible for the quality delivered by your Squad. Your main tasks will be to:
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test plans.
- Identify, document, and track bugs to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with Developers and the Product Owner to understand features, requirements, and potential quality impacts.
- Provide level 3 support to our Customer Care teams.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and tools.
- Automate tests where is possible to improve efficiency and test coverage.
- Effectively communicate test results and identified issues to stakeholders.
Technical Stack:
- Referential: Squash
- Automatization: Cypress, Selenium
- API: Postman
- Others: Git, Jenkins, Jira, SQL
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer or similar role, with at least 3 years in software quality assurance.
- In-depth knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Cypress, Selenium).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Certifications in software testing (e.g., ISTQB) are desirable.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment is a plus.
