TEAMAs part of Woven by Toyota, the Woven IT team's mission is to offer the best IT infrastructure to promote business growth in Woven Alpha, Woven Core and Woven by Toyota North America.Our Corp Systems team works on solutions to help IT succeed when working with the cross functions internal teams and outside vendors.WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?We are looking for a experienced Integration Engineer to join our team and lead the development of integrations using the Workato iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) tool. As an Integration Engineer, you will collaborate with teams to develop robust integrations that connect multiple systems, and data sources. Your expertise in Workato and integration technologies will help provide efficient and scalable integration solutions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop integrations: Use the Workato iPaaS tool to architect, and implement integrations that promote seamless data flow between different applications.
  • Requirement analysis: Collaborate with team members to gather integration requirements, identify our needs, and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Integration implementation: Configure, test, and deploy integration workflows and mappings using Workato, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and issue resolution: Investigate and resolve integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure the smooth functioning of integrations.
  • Documentation and knowledge sharing: Create technical documentation, including integration designs, specifications, and operational guides. Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster learning and improvement.
  • Collaboration and teamwork: Collaborate closely with teams, including business analysts, developers, and system administrators, to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and support integration projects.
  • Monitoring and maintenance: Monitor integration performance, proactively identify bottlenecks or potential issues, and implement optimizations and enhancements to ensure system stability and reliability.
  • Stay updated with industry trends: Remain current on latest integration technologies, best practices, and market trends. Evaluate and recommend new tools, frameworks, or methodologies that can enhance integration capabilities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 7 or more years of experience working as an integrations engineer
  • Solid experience with Workato iPaaS or similar integration platforms, with a strong understanding of integration concepts and patterns.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.) and SQL.
  • Proficiency in designing, building, and deploying integrations using Workato, including workflows, connectors, transformations, and error handling.
  • Strong knowledge of API integration methodologies (REST, SOAP, etc.) and data formats (JSON, XML, etc.).
  • Familiarity with common enterprise systems and applications (CRM, ERP, HRIS, etc.) and their integration requirements.
  • Hands-on experience in troubleshooting integration issues, performance tuning, and optimizing integration processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex integration challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and meet project deadlines.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Workato iPaaS certification or relevant certifications in integration technologies.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-based integration approaches
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
$140,000- $230,000 a yearYour base salary is one part of your total compensation. At Woven by Toyota, we offer a base salary, a bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package. The California pay scale for this full time position is $140,000- $230,000. The total compensation offered to an employee will be dependent upon the indiv
