What You Will Do:
- Lead Workday deployments as the Delivery Director overseeing all delivery efforts and activities.
- Responsible for advising clients on cloud computing systems and other available service-based technologies.
- Reviews, plans, and provides assistance to clients in end-to-end customer relationship management and human capital system implementation activities.
- Creates, reviews, and advises on digital roadmaps from conception to post-implementation assessment.
- Plans, develops, and implements work processes and methodologies to support deployment.
What You Will Need:
- 10+ years delivering Workday for public sector clients.
- Requires expertise in theories, concepts, and principles to drive results for the consulting practice, and applies extensive business and industry expertise.
- Exhibits robust knowledge of project management.
- Requires expert level knowledge and skills within a specific job area and robust understanding of the impact of work on other practices across the organization.
- Requires a Bachelor's Degree.
What Would Be Nice To Have:
- Experience leading Workday deployments as a delivery director or similar.
- Master’s degree
- Workday Project Management Certification
