What You Will Do:

• Lead Workday deployments as the Delivery Director overseeing all delivery efforts and activities.
• Responsible for advising clients on cloud computing systems and other available service-based technologies.
• Reviews, plans, and provides assistance to clients in end-to-end customer relationship management and human capital system implementation activities.
• Creates, reviews, and advises on digital roadmaps from conception to post-implementation assessment.
• Plans, develops, and implements work processes and methodologies to support deployment.

What You Will Need:

• 10+ years delivering Workday for public sector clients.
• Requires expertise in theories, concepts, and principles to drive results for the consulting practice, and applies extensive business and industry expertise.
• Exhibits robust knowledge of project management.
• Requires expert level knowledge and skills within a specific job area and robust understanding of the impact of work on other practices across the organization.
• Requires a Bachelor's Degree.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

• Experience leading Workday deployments as a delivery director or similar.
• Master’s degree
• Workday Project Management Certification

The annual salary range for this position is $165,800.00-$364,700.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
