Hyster-Yale Materials Handling, Inc, a world-class manufacturer of industrial lift trucks, has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Project Team Supervisor for our Emerging Technology department based at our Greenville, NC location. 

  

What you will do: 

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of Emerging Technology projects, ensuring timelines, revenue, and margins are met while exceeding customer expectations.  

• Documentation and Tracking: Manage and maintain all project requirements documents, capturing and tracking all necessary follow-up and project management tasks.  

• Team Supervision: Supervise assigned Project Managers and supporting staff, ensuring effective collaboration across all relevant functional areas.  

• Risk Management: Assess project timelines, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure schedule performance.  

• Performance Tracking: Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to schedules and timely completion of tasks.  

• Prioritization and Accountability: Prioritize critical actions and hold team members accountable to drive initiatives to completion.  

• Gap Identification: Identify and communicate any gaps or risks to the completion of action items, ensuring proactive resolution.

What you will need: 

• Education: BS/BA degree required, preferably in engineering or business project management.  

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business project management.

• Project Management: Proven ability to manage and execute projects effectively.  

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications, particularly in project management software.  

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and business acumen to drive project success.
