Job Description Qualifications:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Operations Manager with a strategic mindset to become an integral part of our Digital Aviation Solutions (DAS) team. This role will be responsible for building the Sales Enablement function. Collaborating closely with cross functional team to build curriculum for new hires as well as continued education.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Build, implement and maintain a Sales Enablement program supporting our Sales Organization
  • Work closely with sales leadership to align and implement sales methodologies. Deliver training programs with a focus on adaptability and strategic alignment.
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy new processes, methodologies and learning content
  • Gain expertise in our product, industry, and go-to-market strategies to enhance sales team knowledge
  • Create a comprehensive onboarding curriculum for new sales employees, incorporating necessary skills for success. Define onboarding milestones and success metrics.
  • Overhaul and enhance ramp-up process for new sales account executives, aiming to reduce time to close, increase velocity and confidence. Own the end-to-end process of learning and training assets, ensuring they align with the latest methodology’s and product updates.
  • Produce and train the sales team with sales playbooks tailored to multiple sales plays based on our persona, pain points, products and the sales process.
  • Actively curate and maintain our Enablement Materials library with up-to-date and relevant content
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Product team
  • Assist in planning and execution of our annual sales offsite

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 8+ years of sales learning & development, revenue enablement, sales, marketing, program/project management, go-to-market
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills across functional groups
  • Experience with training or e-learning development
  • Experience managing programs or platforms with multiple business groups/users
  • Strong communication skills
  • Extremely organized, self-starter, with strong attention to details
  • Strong work ethic, creative problem solver, and team player
  • Thrive in an environment of evolving organizational needs.
