Pressure Boiler Operator

The role involves operating and maintaining high-pressure boiler systems to support pharmaceutical manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include monitoring equipment performance, conducting routine inspections, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting any issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.

The position requires strict adherence to safety protocols, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and compliance with all relevant regulations. Operators will also maintain detailed logs, collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams, and respond promptly to any system alarms or malfunctions.

Requirements:

• Valid boiler operator license or certification, as required by state regulations.
• Experience in high-pressure boiler operations, preferably within a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated environment.
• Strong understanding of boiler systems, HVAC, and related utilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and equipment schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
