General Position Summary: Responsible to intake all deliveries to include counting to ensure complete orders are received. Takes inventory and identifies reorder needs for management’s approval.

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities:

• Performs duties according procedures and policies
• Responsible to inspect all products delivered for quality and quantity, expiration dates, mold, and defective packaging
• Responsible to inspect manifest for adequate count and order versus received manifest to ensure checks and counts match
• Inspect and pull expired products, rotate stock to keep quality and fresh products
• Responsible for stocking front cabinets for all shifts
• Responsible for monthly inventory count and audits
• Responsible for keeping stock rooms clean and organized
• Provides assistance to the budtenders ensuring adequate product is stocked at all times
• Responsible to collect and record expired, returned products for destruction and/or returns to vendors

Secondary Functions:

• Completes all assigned tasks in a timely manner
• Assists with helping out front with covering lunch breaks, breaks and floating for the budtenders when needed
• All other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience:

• Must be 21 years of age
• Experience and/or education in the cannabis industry required
• High school diploma or GED, required

Job Conditions: Working conditions include working in a retail setting with a computer, telephone, point-of-sale system and other office equipment. Other working conditions may include working alone with minimal supervision, or in a busy retail venue with frequent interruptions. May have access to other management offices as needed to perform duties, as assigned.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs. while standing, twisting, or bending. Must be able to sit for long period of time. Must be able to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time. Must maintain a flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings and weekends.
