Assignment 

The challenge is that sales teams worldwide struggle to efficiently find the right information related to concepts, solutions, and products. The data is scattered across different systems, different people, making it difficult for sales teams to locate and retrieve relevant information quickly. The lack of structured, accessible reference materials impacts the efficiency and effectiveness of the global sales teams. They may spend valuable time searching for information, which could delay responses to client inquiries, slow down the sales process.  How can the current reference materials and databases be consolidated and structured to improve accessibility for sales teams worldwide, and how can the digital environment used for presenting offers to customers be optimized?   

 

Department 

You will be part of the Sales Support Office team, a team part of Sales Engineering in the Business Unit Warehouse Solutions.  And you will engage in both independent research and teamwork, especially when working with the Sales Team to set the structure on how to disclose reference materials and to increase completeness of materials. There will also be interactions with sales teams globally to gather feedback on their information needs and the usability of the new system.   

  

Tasks/responsibilities  

• Conduct a comprehensive audit of existing sales reference materials and databases.  

• Consolidate and structure the reference materials into an accessible platform.  

• Test and refine the platform based on feedback from international sales teams.  

• Contribute to enhancing the digital offer-presentation environment. 

 

Skills / Your profile  

• Affinity with technical topics and strong analytical skills. 

• Basic knowledge of business processes, ideally in a sales or engineering context. 

• Good communication skills for collaborating with technical and non-technical teams. 

• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for data analysis and presentation.
