Job DetailsJob Location: Lake Lawn Resort - Delavan, WI 53115Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: NoneTravel Percentage: NoneJob Shift: DayJob Category: Hospitality - HotelResponsible for keeping the Marina, harbor, beach and piers, and all other lake front areas clean and hazard free.


Install, remove, and maintain seasonal docks and water equipment as needed.
Perform minor repairs such as tightening hardware, replacing boards, or reporting structural concerns.
Clean and maintain all piers daily from the Lake House to the Marina to keep them tidy and hazard free.
Assist and/or operate the weed harvester picking up and cutting weeds and debris in the marina harbor and out on the lake around the piers and shoreline as needed.
Rake the whole beach daily to provide a guest friendly recreation area.
Collect weeds, and dispose of debris in the harbor, on the beach, and along the shoreline.
Load the harvested weeds onto a trailer and dispose of them at the determined sight.
Maintain a running record of weed loads removed from the lake and fuel used in the weed cutter and truck.
Assist maintenance team with property projects when lakefront demand is low.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the Resort Grounds Manager and/or Engineering Manager.

Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior boating experience preferred with loading and unloading a boat
Must be at least 18 years or older
Valid Driver's License
