Work Schedule:
This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Shifts will be scheduled Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Director, Behavioral Health Services to:
- Lead operational, financial, programmatic, and human resources activities related to the delivery of behavioral health care services across all levels of care at UW Health.
- Incorporate the use of evidence-based practice and appreciative enquiry into program development and improvement activities.
- Manage the complex interdepartmental and interdisciplinary relationships to assure collaboration and effective/efficient operations within Behavioral Health Services.

Education:
Minimum – Master’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or Healthcare related field
Work Experience:
Minimum – Five (5) years of relevant experience in the management of behavioral health care
Preferred – Has held administrative position in a large academic medical center, health system, or a complex health program that included multi-site clinical operations
