Each of these sectors encounters critical sustainability challenges, and our clients, spanning these and numerous other areas, rely on our expertise to operate more sustainably, thus positively impacting our planet.</span></p><p></p><p><span>ERM is seeking a motivated <b>HR Administrator </b>to join our team in Warsaw.</span></p><p><span><span> </span></span></p><p><b><span><span>Location: Warsaw, Poland</span></span></b></p><p><b><span><span>Job Type: Fixed-term (6 months), Full-time</span></span></b></p><p></p><p>You will be joining our EMEA People Services team (Human Resources) to provide full administrative support to our employees in Northern Europe. This role will encompass all areas of HR administration, including recruitment and onboarding, contractual amendments, leavers, benefits, training, payroll and annual processes.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsible for a range of HR related administration to include:</b></p><ul><li>Provide core administrative support for the Human Resources Department</li><li>Assist in hiring process of employees including generating offer packs, conducting references, right to work/visa checks, and coordinating probationary periods</li><li>Employee data management – accurately updating employee details throughout employee lifecycle; ensuring data compliant with GDPR standards; conducting regular audits on data quality</li><li>Providing administrative support to Payroll, to include the monthly payroll input and output</li><li>Support the HR Director in preparation of data for annual salary and bonus reviews</li><li>Generate weekly, monthly and quarterly HR reports from HRIS Workday and GMS</li><li>Schedule, coordinate and plan HR team activities</li><li>Coordinating HR processes e.g. exit interviews, absence management, case management, etc</li><li>Produce correspondence and documentation as required</li><li>Respond to / direct HR queries from wider business, as applicable, within a timely manner</li><li>Working in collaboration with wider business areas including, Payroll, Finance, HSEQ, Recruitment team</li><li>Notes taking during meetings</li><li>Provide any additional administration support as required by HR Director, HR Team and other departments</li><li>Proactively seek opportunities to continuously improve how we work</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About you:</b></p><p></p><p>This position would suit someone with strong, methodical and accurate administration skills who is keen to follow a career in HR:</p><ul><li>Up to 1 year previous experience working within HR Administrator role, preferably within a professional services company</li><li>Strong work ethic and commitment to self and department ‘brand’</li><li>Proactively takes ownership of work activities</li><li>Excellent time management</li><li>Exceptional organisational skills and attentive to detail</li><li>Able to work with initiative, energy and enthusiasm</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Competent understanding of current employment policies and legislation</li><li>Ability to deal with information in a confidential manner</li><li>Ability to work to strict deadlines</li><li>Excellent people skills</li><li>Proficient in MS Word, Power Point, Outlook</li><li>Advanced Excel</li><li>Experience working with HRIS Workday</li></ul><p></p><p><b>We offer:</b></p><ul><li><p><b>Private Healthcare:</b> Your health is our priority, and we provide access to top-tier private healthcare services, ensuring you and your family are well taken care of</p></li><li><p><b>Private Pension Scheme:</b> Secure your financial future with our private pension scheme, empowering you to plan ahead and enjoy a worry-free retirement</p></li><li><p><b>MultiSports Membership: </b>Stay active and fit with our MultiSports membership, granting you access to a wide range of gyms, sports clubs, swimming pools, and more, promoting a healthy lifestyle</p></li><li><p><b>Public Transportation Ticket:</b> We support your daily commute with a public transportation ticket, making it convenient and cost-effective for you to travel to work
