Senior Project Manager, Sales Operations (Remote)

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager who is passionate about driving operational excellence to join our growing Sales Operations team. You will be responsible for leading and tracking multiple high impact initiatives, as well as identifying and optimizing our processes across the Corporate Solutions Sales organization. The ideal candidate must thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, be highly collaborative, and be able to interact and manage change at all levels.

What you’ll do:

• Lead multiple initiatives; you'll own requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scope, and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Build and develop project plans and documentation; you'll be a true thought partner to the retention & growth arm of our sales team
• Analyze and communicate project progress and, when necessary, adapt scope, timelines to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements
• Establish and maintain relationships with cross functional stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies to enable the sales organization to operate more effectively 
• Come up with innovative solutions to solve complex problems

What you have:

• 3-5 years experience successfully leading and executing projects (problem solving, change management, communication/collaboration, process creation), preferably in a Saas or Sales Operations environment (or both!)
• Passion for creating order from chaos
• Top notch organizational and communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Team player
