Associate SW Support Engineer

• Supporting & testing applications on medium-large S/W projects and deliveries
• Developing enhancements or parameterizing existing applications, to increase operating efficiency or adapt to new requirements
• Drafting technical documentation (user manuals, specifications documents, etc.) related to software solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Experience in SQL & relational databases, with emphasis on MS SQL Server 2012 or higher
• Good understanding and experience in Application Servers (IIS) and Windows server environments
• Familiarity with integration / functional / UI Automation testing is a plus
• MSc in Computer Science will be considered a plus
• Analytical thinker, strong problem-solving abilities, customer responsiveness and excellent communication skills
• Excellent command of the English and Greek language
