Warehouse Associate

 

Job Description

In our Warehouse Associate position, the candidate’s primary responsibility is to maintain internal and external customer focus by pulling orders and entering product in our warehouse using our electronic scanner system.

We are looking for an individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can work well in a team with diverse backgrounds. A desired candidate is someone who is passionate about their duties and is willing to go the extra mile to ensure the job is done accurately and in a timely manner. Individuals are expected to be cross trained and must exhibit flexibility and adaptability depending on circumstances.

 

Responsibilities/Expectations

• Willing to learn and ask questions when unsure of task
• Receive, process and store products in designated location
• Pick and fill orders from warehouse inventory with efficiency
• Pack and ship orders accurately
• Safely operate a forklift/Hilo
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

 

Requirements

• A High school diploma or equivalent
• Computer experience is required and familiarity with electronic scanning is preferred, but not necessary
• Prior experience in operating a forklift/Hilo
• Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds frequently
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• C.D.L. license is a plus but not required
