National Accounts Service Dispatcher

 

POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a National Accounts Service Dispatcher. This role will report directly to the Service Manager and work closely with the local Service team. The Service Dispatcher is responsible for supporting the service dispatch needs of the assigned service technicians within their assigned area.

 

**This is a remote position based in the US**

 

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $20 - $25.00 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Field and route incoming calls
• Enter Service call orders into the service tracking system
• Provide coordination assistance for National Accounts
• Complete customer credit card payments
• Facilitate the Credit/Rebill process
• Set up New Customer Accounts
• Obtain customer on-site approvals, as directed by management
• Assist with compilation of Prevailing Wage Data
• Assist Project Manager with installation scheduling
• Assist field technicians with administrative and technical issues
• Assist management with accurate and timely completion of field technician timesheets

 

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
• Ability to travel (minimal – if needed)
