Compensation:               $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 (Range applies to US candidates only) + Benefits/Variable Comp/Equity - Range may vary based on experience.

Summary

As a Senior Global Benefits Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and managing our global benefits and leave of absence programs. This position requires global benefits experience, strong analytical capabilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of hands-on experience in benefits and LOA administration, with a proven ability to support diverse global employee populations and navigate complex compliance requirements. Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager of Global Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing employee experience while ensuring compliance, efficiency, and competitiveness across our benefits offerings.

 

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

  • Program Administration & Employee Support
    • Manage health, welfare, retirement, and wellness benefits administration.
    • Serve as escalation point for complex employee benefits questions.
    • Ensure data accuracy in HRIS/benefits platforms; coordinate audits and error resolution.
    • Support leaves of absence, disability, and retirement processes.
  • Data Analysis, Reporting & Insights
    • Conduct regular benefits reporting (cost, utilization, trends).
    • Assist with benchmarking against market data to identify program competitiveness.
    • Translate data into insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Compliance & Governance
    • Ensure compliance with U.S. regulations (ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, IRS).
    • Assist with global compliance research and coordination (e.g., local statutory benefits, regional reporting).
    • Support internal/external audits and filings.
    • Maintain required plan documentation (SPDs, SBCs, plan amendments).
  • Employee Experience and Communication
    • Create and deliver engaging educational materials for new hire orientations, benefits enrollment periods, and program updates.
    • Serve as a trusted resource for employees, answering questions, resolving issues, and guiding them through benefits processes.
    • Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to continuously improve the employee experience, with a focus on accessibility, clarity, and usability of benefits offerings.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
    • Serve as day-to-day contact for benefit carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators.
    • Track service levels, troubleshoot issues, and escalate as needed.
    • Support RFPs, renewals, and vendor performance reviews.
    • Partner with internal stakeholders (People Ops, Payroll, Legal, Finance, global People business partners).
  • Global Projects & Program Development
    • Contribute to international program launches and expansions.
    • Assist with global benefits surveys and benchmarking.
    • Support communication strategy for global Open Enrollment and new benefit introductions.
    • Participate in cross-border initiatives such as M&A integrations, new entity creation or global benefits program alignment.
  • Team Collaboration and Partnership
    • Partner closely with internal teams, including Accounting, Finance, Legal, People Operations, and Works Councils, to align benefits initiatives with organizational priorities.
    • Actively contributes to team discussions, share insights, and support colleagues in achieving shared objectives.
    • Participate in global benefits strategy planning to ensure OneStream offers a best-in-class benefits package.
  • Problem Solving and Solution Orientation
    • Anticipate potential issues and proactively develop solutions to address them.
    • Tackle challenges with a positive, can-do attitude and a focus on creating impactful outcomes for employees and the organization.
    • Support change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of benefits updates and enhancements.
  • Leadership and Ad Hoc Responsibilities
    • Take initiative in leading benefits projects, such as program rollouts, vendor transitions, and employee engagement campaigns.
    • Be a champion for best practices and innovative solutions that elevate the Total Rewards function.
    • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by leadership.
