About the role:
Samsara is seeking an experienced Program Manager of Global Learning to lead and guide two of our most critical initiatives: our company-wide global onboarding and leadership development programs. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design, development, and measurement of these programs. This position requires a proactive self-starter with a growth mindset, capable of working with a high degree of autonomy in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Your work will directly impact employee success from their first day and cultivate the next generation of leaders needed to drive Samsara's growth. This role is open to candidates residing in the US except Alaska, Austin Metro, Boulder Metro, California, Chicago Metro, Connecticut, Dallas Metro, Denver Metro, Houston Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Seattle Metro, and Washington, D.C. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this role. This position requires travel up to 15% of the time.

In this role, you will:
- Own and manage the end-to-end strategy, design, and facilitation of our core global learning programs, including company-wide onboarding, skill-based development, and comprehensive leadership development for all levels, from IC’s who’s next step is management all the way to VPs.
- Develop and socialize content creation and governance processes to ensure content is updated and accurate, and can evolve with the dynamic pace of the business
- Design and implement company-wide, skill-based learning pathways to ensure that all Samsarians have the courses and knowledge they need to upskill and meet the demands of our ever-changing industry and company.
- Lead the management and continuous improvement of our Learning Management System (LMS), including overseeing an implementation, managing integrations, communicating with the vendor and ensuring it meets the needs of Samsara’s learners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including close partnership with the CHRO, and other cross-functional leaders in departments like Sales Enablement and R&D, to ensure our learning programs are aligned with their strategic needs.
