Lead Technical Program Analyst

We are actively recruiting for a Lead Technical Program Analyst, a key role that requires a meticulous eye for detail and the capability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be experienced in managing multiple projects simultaneously, forming strategic relationships with pivotal S&T stakeholders, and ensuring the streamlined progression of our technical programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and drive multiple projects, ensuring each meets its milestones and deadlines.
• Engage and maintain robust external relationships with key S&T stakeholders to foster productive collaboration.
• Provide unwavering application support, addressing any issues and ensuring optimal performance.
• Manage program timelines, anticipating potential challenges and proactively seeking solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless execution of program objectives.

Requirements

• BA/BS + 15 years of relevant experience, OR
• Master's Degree + 10 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a high-intensity setting.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong track record of fostering and maintaining external partnerships, especially for meeting coordination.
