Program Manager - Clinical Testing

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
•Contributes to the development of clinical study documents
• Serves as primary CRO contact and oversight of the monitoring process
• Contribute to the review and testing of clinical trial systems
• Responsible to identify issue and propose solutions to maintain project(s) within timelines and budget
• Oversees the CRO in its conduct of the day-to-day operations of assigned protocol(s), including: 
Development of ICFs; Trial planning; Recruitment strategy; Site Selection; Trial execution; Management 
and leadership of team meetings; Trial-related reporting
• Ensures accuracy and completeness of study-related tracking
• Provide routine trial status updates
• Reviews and analyzes the data
• Contributes to development of the Clinical Study Report
• Identifies and escalates potential serious compliance issues and assists in the development of action 
plans
• Communicates and coordinates study-related activities
• Ensures that assigned studies follow the protocol
