We’re looking for a Global Network Planner, for the Waterford brand to drive end-to-end supply chain planning for one of our core business units. This strategic role focuses on developing master production plans, optimizing inventory at key supply nodes, and ensuring product availability across global markets. You'll help bring supply chain strategy to life by creating actionable production and distribution plans that support long-term growth and high service levels.
Reporting to our Sr. Manager - Global Network Planning, this hybrid role can be based out of Wall, New Jersey, Copenhagen, Denmark, or Barlaston, United Kingdom.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
This isn’t your average planning role. You’ll be at the heart of our global supply chain, turning strategy into action and making sure our iconic products are where they need to be—when they need to be there.
Build and own the monthly master production plan for a key business unit, connecting the dots between strategy, capacity, and inventory
Transform high-level supply plans into smart, actionable schedules that balance availability, efficiency, and responsiveness
Keep an eagle eye on inventory at critical supply points—minimizing excess while protecting availability
Track key metrics like service levels, inventory turnover, and capacity utilization, then use those insights to drive better decisions
Run monthly planning cycles with a mix of structure and agility—think scenario modeling, capacity planning, and proactive adjustments
Partner with demand planning, factories, logistics, and procurement to make sure everyone’s rowing in the same direction
Use advanced planning tools and automation to streamline processes and boost performance
Continuously look for ways to simplify, optimize, and evolve how we plan—because standing still isn’t our thing
WHO YOU ARE
You’re a planner who sees the bigger picture—but doesn’t miss the details. You thrive in a global, fast-moving environment where collaboration, curiosity, and smart problem-solving are key.
Strategic and tactical: You’ve got a degree in supply chain, operations, or a related field (bachelor’s or master’s), and 3–5 years of experience in network or production planning
Globally minded: You’re comfortable working across regions and time zones, and bring a global mindset to everything you do
Analytical with a purpose: Whether it’s SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle, Excel, Python, or SQL—you know how to turn data into direction
A natural collaborator: You’re at your best when connecting with others—translating insights
