Administrative

• Contract: fixed term contract 12 months with extension possibilities
• Hybrid: 3 day office presence

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR support for People Managers on policies, practices, and employee relations.
• Coach and counsel employees and managers to foster and shape company culture.
• Oversee Employee Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
• Serve as the primary HR contact for employee queries.
• Ensure compliance with statutory filings, local labor laws, and employee documentation in Romania.
• Manage local benefits, policies, and recordkeeping for statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with outsourced payroll providers, ensuring payroll compliance and accuracy.
• Track and manage leave, overtime, and other employee benefits data.
• Provide strategic and operational leadership in designing and implementing people-centric programs aligned with site growth.
• Partner with business leaders and support functions to maintain workforce motivation and engagement.
• Collaborate with Site leadership and Global Centers of Excellence on recruitment, compensation, performance management, learning & development, rewards, succession, and career planning.
• Apply strong knowledge of labor laws and manage employee grievances in a global shared services environment.
• Influence and partner across organizational levels to achieve results.
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, integrity, and compliance through effective communication and business acumen.

Qualifications

• Experience and good understanding of Romania Statutory compliances is a must
• Hands on experience in Workday is a must
