Administrative
- Contract: fixed term contract 12 months with extension possibilities
- Hybrid: 3 day office presence
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day HR support for People Managers on policies, practices, and employee relations.
- Coach and counsel employees and managers to foster and shape company culture.
- Oversee Employee Onboarding and Offboarding processes.
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employee queries.
- Ensure compliance with statutory filings, local labor laws, and employee documentation in Romania.
- Manage local benefits, policies, and recordkeeping for statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with outsourced payroll providers, ensuring payroll compliance and accuracy.
- Track and manage leave, overtime, and other employee benefits data.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership in designing and implementing people-centric programs aligned with site growth.
- Partner with business leaders and support functions to maintain workforce motivation and engagement.
- Collaborate with Site leadership and Global Centers of Excellence on recruitment, compensation, performance management, learning & development, rewards, succession, and career planning.
- Apply strong knowledge of labor laws and manage employee grievances in a global shared services environment.
- Influence and partner across organizational levels to achieve results.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, integrity, and compliance through effective communication and business acumen.
Qualifications
- Experience and good understanding of Romania Statutory compliances is a must
- Hands on experience in Workday is a must
