Job Description
Primary responsibilities including negotiating and maintaining national video buys across broadcast, cable and unwired TV, as well as FEP/OLV, and Connected TV. Assist with various projects and help train junior staff. This role reports into the Associate Director/Director of National Video Activation.
Role Objectives:
Building, implementing, and trafficking media buys in Media Ocean and Prisma
Generate and handle administrative functions associated with the ordering, managing, and stewarding of Linear TV, FEP, OLV and CTV
Assessing media and ROI performance
Interact with sales community partners as company representative
Interact with vendors in the planning, negotiating and implementation of plans to go to market
Interact with internal buying/planning groups in monitoring and producing weekly performance reports
Maintain and produce required media results and post analysis reports with accuracy
Manage and maintain all files and records pertaining to client’s account activities, billings and budgets
Ensure all client deliverables are being met (timelines, goals, budgets, etc.)
Oversee team of negotiators and associate negotiators in day-to-day responsibilities and train/develop talent
Qualifications
B.A. or B.S. in Marketing, Advertising, or related field
Agency experience highly preferred
3+ years of experience in either National TV and digital video media buying and account management
Excellent communication skills
Direct client contact experience helpful
Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills
Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and work well under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Proficiency in MBOX and Prisma is preferred

Compensation Range: $70,000 - $110,000 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
