Fleet Maintenance & Repair Shop Supervisor - Fleet Operations Division

Are you looking for a service-oriented position where you will be trusted to manage a staff of highly skilled employees and provide vital support to the success of TxDOT’s mission in the Wichita Falls District?

As Fleet Maintenance & Repair Shop Supervisor in the Wichita Falls District, you will oversee support operations for maintenance, repair, surplus equipment, vehicle in-service, and provide input on equipment specifications. You and your staff will provide customer service, technical, and logistical support for TxDOT employees located in nine counties in the Wichita Falls area. Maintaining customer relations is key!

During emergency situations, you may be required to work hours other than regularly scheduled including nights, holidays, and weekends. 

At TxDOT, we provide your staff with all the tools and training they need to perform repairs safely and effectively.

We offer company-sponsored Commercial Driver's License (CDL) training with $0 upfront monetary commitment. Earn your full salary while training with lodging, transportation and per-diem provided if necessary.
