Senior Data Architect (m/f/d)

As a Senior Data Architect (m/f/d) at Skaylink, you will play a key role in designing modern data platforms. You will work closely with our customers to develop robust, future-proof architectures and ensure that data is both available and usable. <h3>What you do with us</h3> <ul> <li>You will be responsible for the architecture of modern data platforms (e.g. based on Snowflake), from conception to implementation.</li><li>You will take the technical lead in delivery projects, including architecture reviews, test strategies, and rollout planning.</li><li>You will analyse existing system landscapes, identify risks, and define viable migration and integration strategies.</li><li>You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to consolidate business and technical requirements, particularly in the areas of reporting, data integration, and cloud platforms.</li><li>You will also define requirements relating to security, compliance and data governance.</li></ul> <h3>When you fit in with us </h3> <ul> <li>You have several years of experience in data architecture, cloud data platforms or data engineering.</li><li>You are familiar with Snowflake, dbt, AWS Glue, Redshift, Fivetran and Airflow, and have used these tools in previous projects.</li><li>You have a good understanding of data warehouse systems, ETL/ELT processes, and data integration.</li><li>You are experienced in moderating workshops and aligning the requirements of different stakeholders.</li><li>You can communicate confidently in German and English, both within the team and with customers.</li></ul><b><span>Hey, we are Skaylink.</span></b><b>Join us on our Cloud Journey!</b><br/>We bring together Europe's best experts in cloud solutions and digital transformation.
