• That Housekeeping is one of the most important teams in creating a guest’s first impression.

• Helping assign daily work, track room status, and support efficient room turnover.
• Training your team on proper cleaning procedures, safety standards, guestroom details, and service expectations.
• Jumping in to assist the team when needed, whether that means helping with rooms, responding to guest needs, or solving the tiny tornadoes that come with a busy hotel day.
• Partnering with Front Office to prioritize arrivals, special requests, VIP rooms, and room readiness.
• Communicating maintenance needs, supply concerns, lost and found items, and guest opportunities clearly and quickly.
• Creating a positive team environment where Curators feel supported, respected, and set up for success.
• Taking pride in the quiet details that guests may not always see, but always feel.

• You can collaborate across departments to support room readiness, guest satisfaction, and property operations.
• You bring dependability, organization, and a service-first mindset to every shift.
