Warehouse Team Lead - Night

The Warehouse Shift Supervisor leads and coordinates material movement activities on their assigned shift. As a supervisor of warehouse operations, you will direct and guide team members in the receiving, storing, counting, and shipping of raw materials and finished goods inventory.

You Will
- Partner with other shift leaders and team members to coordinate the movement of raw materials and finished goods.
- Lead workforce management programs to inspire and motivate all team members.
- Review shipping orders and schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specification of products.
- Ensure the timely execution of shipments by driving warehouse processes, following standards and maintaining inventory accuracy in all transactions.
You Have
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year of relevant work experience in warehousing, logistics, inventory, shipping or receiving environment, leading teams in a fast paced, high-volume manufacturing facility.
- Or a combination of education and work experience that would make one qualified for the position.
- Strong communication, trouble shooting and problem solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.
