Oracle’s cloud capacity program team plays a pivotal role in managing large-scale cross-org programs and projects that span the server, data center and network verticals in addition to engineering, product, and business teams. You will partner with subject matter experts from across the company to create, manage and report on the health of the business priorities that are visible to Oracle’s highest levels of leadership. Successful candidates for this role will be excellent communicators, innately curious, and can influence outside of direct reporting lines. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting capacity programs related to end-to-end data center and hardware life cycle, including rack decommissioning and supporting DC space planning. You will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships to ensure the most critical business initiatives are fully supported. You will need to gather requirements in partnership with our internal customers, develop execution plans, and drive implementation of both strategic and tactical initiatives.
- Responsible for managing programs supporting delivery of capacity from the data center through partnership with both remote and local peer organizations to support ongoing business growth
- Track issues, analyze data looking for trends and reporting out to executive stakeholders
- Collaborating globally to develop and implement process improvements in operations
- Create and drive a culture of safety, ownership, innovation, collaboration and accountability
- Be forward thinking by understanding data center growth, identifying scaling issues before they occur and contributing to solutions
- Support the team in the generation of specifications, and ideas for process and software automation improvements that facilitate the deployment and retirement of server hardware at scale
Minimum Qualifications
- BS or BA in a technical field or commensurate experience
- Experience operating in large technical environments
- Proven time, resource and project management experience
- Substantial experience of managing cross-functional relationships with internal and external stakeholders and partners
- Communication skills and experience with executive reporting

US: Hiring Range: from $74,100 to $158,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
