The Empower Personal Wealth (EPW) Lead Coordinator is a highly detailed individual responsible for working with EPW leadership in executing our current and future lead lifecycle processes which includes: curating, assigning, reassigning, and reporting of leads for each team. The Lead Management Coordinator will help both EPW and EWS teams with efficiently managing the day-to-day lead lifecycle that drive assets growth and retention.

Key responsibilities include becoming a trusted SME to our Marketing /Product partners on campaign logic, working closely with business leadership to execute the team specific lead lifecycle processes, maintaining current documentation of all existing processes, developing procedures for change requests, and new lead projects while also working with our technology teams to automate our processes.

What You Will Do

  • Proficient or willing to learn the many different lead types within EPW and EWS
  • Familiar with Salesforce Dataloader and/or comfortable with learning new technologies
  • As issues arise, can independently problem solve to determine the issue and quickly resolve or appropriately escalate
  • Manage and execute the daily and weekly assignments both timely and accurately
  • Utilize tools, such as Excel, to accurately maintain a roster of producing representatives on each team that are eligible to be assigned leads
  • Creates and/or modifies effective reporting with details of leads assigned
  • Proactively provides lifecycle reporting to Marketing/Product, Advisory, and business leadership
  • Acts as liaison between the Advisory team, stakeholders, and systems development, product development, marketing, and training organizations where necessary
  • Supports sales and business teams in building businesses cases

What You Will Bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, or applicable business experience
  • 1-3 years financial or sales analysis experience in either sales operations or finance, preferred
  • 1-3 years SFA and CRM administration or business systems analyst experience, preferred
  • 1-3 years with Salesforce.com, Salesforce Dataloader, SalesForce.com/SalesForce.com, preferred
  • 1-3 years of SQL coding experience or comfortable in learning this skill
  • FINRA Fingerprinting Required
  • Understanding of data warehouse, business intelligence/data tools and technologies, preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements, problem-solve, and produce results
  • Strong quantitative analytical aptitude with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills Initiated self-starter, that can work independently and will follow through when working with colleagues
  • Ability to collaborate and work in cross-functional teams; especially with Sales, IT, and Finance
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
