Are you passionate about ensuring the highest standards of product reliability and quality? We are seeking a Reliability Lab Quality Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in safeguarding the quality and compliance of our products through meticulous testing, calibration, and inspection processes. Your expertise will help us maintain exceptional standards, ensuring our materials and products meet rigorous specifications while upholding safety and environmental protocols.This position works our 10 hour day shift schedule - Monday-Thursday 6:30am-4:30pm.

Reliability Lab Quality Specialist Responsibilities -

  • Conduct customer specification testing for all product groups and maintain accurate test records.
  • Perform failure analysis on tested products as required by specifications.
  • Maintain and update the reliability lab specification library.
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain reliability lab equipment, including preventive maintenance.
  • Oversee calibration for all relevant equipment across Serigraph facilities, including coordinating external calibration services.
  • Inspect incoming materials such as inks, solvents, adhesives, and masks, ensuring compliance with work instructions and specifications.
  • Update and maintain master ink standards and calibration records.
  • Verify certificates of analysis or compliance against Serigraph’s material requirements.
  • Complete monthly PDQ reports, VOC tests, cleanliness audits, and particle counts.
  • Perform internal audits and maintain supplier ISO certifications.
  • Conduct quarterly lighting calibrations.
  • Adhere to environmental protocols for handling and disposing of materials.
  • Support the Serigraph quality system and utilize SPECS software.

What we are looking for in a Reliability Lab Quality Specialist -

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of testing techniques, result analysis, and statistical methodologies.
  • Familiarity with substrates, inks, and safety/housekeeping protocols.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer literacy.
