Key responsibilities include performing preventative maintenance, troubleshooting complex hydraulic and electrical systems, conducting safety inspections, and providing on-site or in-shop repairs to ensure operational safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities


Diagnostics & Repair: Troubleshoot engine, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems using diagnostic tools and software.
Preventative Maintenance (PM): Perform routine services such as fluid changes, lubrication, battery care, and brake adjustments.
Safety Inspections: Inspect equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety standards.
Technical Support: Replace or overhaul components like transmissions, masts, and motors.
Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document all work performed, parts used, and time spent on repair orders.
Customer Service: Communicate with clients regarding repair needs and recommendations.

QualificationsRequired Skills and Qualifications


Technical Knowledge: Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Tools Proficiency: Skilled in using hand tools, diagnostic equipment, and computers.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform strenuous work, lift heavy parts, and work in various weather conditions if in a field role.
Education/Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is required; prior experience with diesel, automotive, or heavy equipment is preferred.
Communication: Strong verbal skills for interacting with customers and team members.
Valid Driver's License.
