Delivery Associate, E-Bike

The Rounds takes the hassle out of managing your grocery and everyday essentials with its intelligent two-way delivery service designed to keep your home stocked while reducing waste. Members shop fresh local foods, carefully curated essentials and refillable staples, with convenient weekly delivery for just $10 a month. The Rounds also offers scheduled pickup services for compost, recycling and packages. Its “Psychic Home Manager” is an AI-powered platform that enables predictive restocking and personalized product recommendations. The Rounds is backed by top investors and has been featured in TechCrunch, FastCompany, PBS, and others.
The Rounds is looking for a motivated Delivery Associate who thrives in a face-paced, physical environment and wants to make an impact in making our neighborhoods greener. You will be responsible for making drop offs and pickups and supporting our warehouse operations including sorting, picking and packing. Your day-to-day efforts will support aggressive growth and expansion at a rapidly growing, early-stage startup. 

You Will:

• Work with our Operations Managers to make seamless drop offs and pickups (using a company provided e-bike)
• Meet company operating policies and standards, including providing best in class customer service
• Engage with and understand our customers, including discovering and responding to customer needs through clear and pleasant communication
• Prepares refills by processing requests and supply orders; pick, pack and deliver 
• Support with incoming shipments and inventory management
• Do whatever it takes to delight our customers with a high-quality experience

Required Qualifications:

• Be able to deliver on an e-bike. All of the necessary equipments including the e-bike will be provided 
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing
• Ability to lift 50lbs

Schedule

• Friday - Monday (9:00am - 6:00pm)
