Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Superintendent to join our team. This position is accountable for the production, storage, and shipment of IGAN (industrial grade ammonium nitrate) and ammonium nitrate solution. Additionally, this position is accountable for load out of these products into rail and truck equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for implementation of various environmental, safety and health standards at ANF as required by Federal Government, State Government and CF industries.

· Oversees operation and maintenance of the ANF Plant to produce quality products as budgeted quantities demand.

· Oversee staffing, training, and management of the employees in the ANF area. This includes monitoring job performance, hiring decision, disciplinary actions, operating procedures, operator training and operator certification.

· Oversee shipment of finished products. This includes ensuring that adequate rail equipment is available for Amtrate, AN Solution and IGAN.
