About the role

Lead day‑to‑day accounting operations, including general ledger, account reconciliations, balance sheet, and income statement management across multiple legal entities
Own month‑end close activities, ensuring timely, accurate, and well‑controlled financial results
Prepare and review legal entity financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP and applicable statutory requirements
Serve as a primary liaison with External Reporting to ensure enterprise reporting and compliance deliverables are met
Direct internal controls and SOX compliance activities, ensuring policies and procedures are well‑designed, documented, and operating effectively
Own relationships with external auditors, managing year‑end audits and ensuring efficient, high‑quality audit outcomes
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation, standardization, and process simplification to improve efficiency and scalability
Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing accounting team across multiple locations, setting clear objectives and supporting professional growth
Partner with business and finance stakeholders on ad‑hoc analyses, special projects, and evolving business needs

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA required
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including public accounting and leadership roles in a multinational environment
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, accounting policies, and internal controls (SOX)
Experience with large, complex ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle and/or Workday
Proven ability to lead and influence teams across geographies and functions
Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and judgment
Strong organizational, prioritization, and time‑management skills in a deadline‑driven environment
