Position: Customer Service Specialist

Location:  Honolulu, HI

Experience:  At least 1-2 years of customer service experience; Experience in a medical clinic and in holistic care and/or treatment is a plus!

Education:  High School Diploma or equivalent

Type:  Temp to Hire

Schedule:  To be discussed during interview. Day shift Mon-Fri.

Kahu Malama Nurses  is seeking  Customer Service Specialists  to join our growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

  • Answer phones
  • Book appointments
  • Greet patients/get to know our patients
  • Pulling patient files and returning them in alphabetical order
  • Communication with team continuous during day
  • Checking payments and counts of treatment"

Requirements

"Experience:  At least 1-2 years of customer service experience; Experience in a medical clinic and in holistic care and/or treatment is a plus!

Position Requirements:

  • Able to comprehend verbal and written instructions
  • Excellent customer service, speaking clear and loudly (some geriatric patients), energetic on the phones, greeting patients as they arrive
  • Must be responsible, respectful, reliable, dependable and manage
